Pretty sure it's behind the paywall - but Keith Law's farm system rankings put the Dodgers at #12. I was pleasantly shocked to see that. John Sickles, who I really trust but was also ranking systems for the first time, put the Dodgers at 22. That was more inline with my expectations.
Law didn't get into a detailed analysis, only referencing the strong pitching and weak hitting, but "If pitching wins championships, the Dodgers are in pretty good shape."

#12 was higher than I expected
I just did an 8 round minor league draft and the only Dodger drafted was Lee and that was by me! I guess it goes to show you that a lot of other team’s minor league systems are in pretty bad shape.
